With over 30 years in the mortgage industry, Diana Bowar combines deep expertise with a personal, client-focused approach. Before earning her economics degree from the University of Washington, she had already begun building her career — gaining hands-on experience in customer service, underwriting, wholesale lending, and loan origination.

Now as Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Vanmar Lending, Diana has earned top honors including the 1% Mortgage Originator Award, President’s Club distinctions, and MVP for the West Coast Region. She is also a Certified Mortgage Advisor, helping clients make confident, informed decisions.

Diana is passionate about helping people build wealth through homeownership. She tailors each solution to her client’s financial goals and is known for her reliability, responsiveness, and ability to get loans closed on time. With consistent 5-star reviews, she’s built lifelong relationships through clear communication and trusted guidance.

Outside of work, Diana is a proud mom of three grown children and former president of the National Charity League. She enjoys tennis, golf, off-road Jeep adventures, and travel.
